These rules are established and enforced by the resort, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us comply with their policies. Seasonal Amenities Please note that some resort amenities are seasonal, and their availability is determined by the resort. This may include the lazy river, hot tubs, and pizzeria. The on-site Tiki Bar is excluded from guest access. What to Bring We provide a starter supply of toiletries and paper products. For your time on the sand, please remember to bring your own beach towels and chairs. Note: We provide 2 cloth dish towels and do not provide paper towels. POTENTIAL OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.
