Clean and comfortable room available in cute rambler. Enjoy the cozy double bed. House recently updated and shared spaces include living room, bathroom, kitchen, dinning room. House is located minutes away from SeaTac Airport, downtown Burien, transit center and bus stops. Easy access to downtown Seattle (~20 mins driving away). Welcome travelers near and far! This is the NY Room, with a double bed (can fit 2 but tight). Click on my profile to find links to the other 2 rooms. The space This house has three rooms on Airbnb, so you may get a chance to interact with other travelers if you wish. Your locked private room will also provide you the privacy that you seek. If you are a large party and wish to book out all three rooms (book out the whole house), please let me know. If you plan far enough, that is very feasible! Guest access Make yourself at home in common spaces like living room, dining space, and kitchen. The shared bathroom has shampoo, conditioner and body wash for you to freshen up during your stay. During your stay I travel a lot so guests can reach me via Airbnb message, phone/text. I most likely won’t be at the house but may pop in and out. My housekeepers live on the property in the back house. Other things to note There are people living in the MIL in the back, so parking on site is a bit limited. However, I can arrange parking for you in the back if you book this room. Parking driveway is tight so best to check the space / location before pulling in. Plenty of parking on street within the block if you think the driveway is too narrow. Please confirm if you need parking onsite and I will provide you additional details. Note- After booking, copy the address into your navigation app. Using Airbnb app for maps/directions will take you to the wrong house. This is outside my control.
