The space Welcome to Sagebrush Suite, a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo for up to four registered guests at Villas on the Avenue. Warm Western-inspired interiors and mountain views offer a welcoming home base for an easy desert getaway. Courtyard & Outdoor Dining Enjoy morning coffee at your bistro table or prepare an easy meal on your own electric grill. The grill and table are designated for this unit within the courtyard, which is shared with guests of the other units. Living Areas & Workspace Comfortable seating and a Smart TV create an inviting place to relax after a day out. The open layout connects the living area with the kitchen and dining space. Wi-Fi helps you stay connected when needed. Kitchen & Dining The kitchen includes cookware, dishware, a dishwasher, and appliances for easy meals at home. Enjoy the freedom to prepare breakfast before your plans or settle in for a quiet dinner together. Bedrooms & Bathrooms Bedroom 1: Queen bed and TV. Bedroom 2: Queen bed and TV. Fresh linens and room-darkening shades help create a restful stay. Two bathrooms include fresh towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. To give every guest the same care and attention, we’re unable to arrange early check-in or late check-out in advance. If the home is ready early, we’ll gladly let you know on your arrival day. Please include your pet in the reservation so the applicable pet fee can be added. If a pet arrives without being included, we’ll request the required fee. If your plans change and additional guests will be joining, simply let us know so we can update the reservation and arrange any applicable extra guest fees. Cleaning, Maintenance & Property Access To keep your stay comfortable and our home beautifully maintained, our team and approved service providers may access the property for landscaping, pest control, housekeeping, necessary repairs, or emergencies. Exterior services may take place during your stay. For interior visits, we’ll make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance; guest-requested services or necessary access may take place while you’re away. We’ll always respect your privacy and work to keep interruptions to a minimum. Discrepancies Your comfort matters to us. If anything about the home’s cleanliness or amenities needs attention when you arrive, please let us know right away so our team has the opportunity to help promptly. Refunds are not provided for concerns first reported after your stay has ended or for circumstances outside our control, such as acts of God. Complimentary amenities may occasionally require repairs or temporary closure; these interruptions do not qualify for refunds or discounts. Refunds will only be considered for additional paid services that were unavailable. Amenities that are not essential to the livability of the home are considered complimentary.
