Kitchen & Dining Area: The heart of this home is the fully equipped kitchen, where you'll find everything, you need to prepare gourmet meals or quick snacks. Stainless steel appliances, countertops, and ample cabinet space ensure a smooth cooking experience. Enjoy meals together in the adjacent dining area or head outside to the private terrace for a fresco dining. Directly across from the dining area, you’ll find a poker table that comfortably seats up to six players—perfect for game nights and entertainment. Master Suite (King Bed): The master bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a luxurious king bed, plush linens, and generous space to relax. Please note that the pool is not heated by default. If you would like it heated, it can be controlled remotely, but it requires notice and takes approximately 6–8 hours to reach the desired temperature. It features a fire pit surrounded by chairs, a mini golf area, a dome for kids to play safely, a pétanque (boules) set for friendly competition & 4-IN A ROW game. The property also provides access to the canal, though swimming is not permitted, and fishing is allowed at guests’ own risk. With activities for all ages, the backyard is perfect for family fun, games, and enjoying the outdoors. Exterior & Parking Area: Outside the house, there is an electric car charger located in the left side, facing the house, closed to the gate. It is compatible with all types of electric vehicles, providing convenient charging during your stay. It brings its own EV Charging cable/charger. Guest access Access to the Entire Villa When you stay with us, you'll have entire access to the entire villa – it’s all yours to enjoy! Whether you’re lounging by the pool or enjoying a family BBQ, you can feel completely at home. The villa is designed for your comfort and privacy, so you can unwind and create lasting memories in your own private retreat. Other things to note CHECK-IN: You will receive basic instructions once you book, and we will send a message with the door code at Check- In day. You can check in any time after 4:00 PM and as late as you like, you'll have a pin code access to get in. Early check-in depends on whether the house is cleaned early enough, you can ask if we are available for early check-in the day before your arrival and we will confirm this for you. CHECK- OUT: Self-checkout: You will receive all the instructions once you book, in the welcome message. Just follow those instructions. EXTRA AMENITIES: Depending on the length of your stay, we will provide extra sheets depending the long of your stay , towels and toilet paper. PARKING: You can park in the driveway up to 6-8 vehicles. Please do not park in neighborhood spaces. LAUNDRY: Laundry area is between bedroom 3&4. Please note laundry detergent may not be provided. BARBECUE: You can use the barbecue on the back as much as you want, just make sure to close the propane tank once you use it. FOOD PROCESSORS: The kitchen sinks are equipped with food processors.
