The home offers four comfortable sleeping areas for added privacy: a primary suite with a king bed and private bathroom, a second bedroom with two full beds, a third bedroom with a full over full bunk and a twin, and a fourth sleeping space with a full daybed located in the game room. Located in the heart of Central Florida, you’ll be just minutes from top attractions. Walt Disney World is only 15 miles away, while Universal Studios Florida and Volcano Bay are about 21 miles away. Other things to note This home is part of a larger property with several private accommodations next to it, each with its own entrance to ensure your privacy. The only shared areas are the playground, dog park, and fire pits, giving you plenty of space while still enjoying a few community style amenities. The property sits on a peaceful 2.5-acre lot offering a quiet spacious setting where you may even spot local wildlife like deer, owls, or birds during your stay. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between every guest to ensure a comfortable and worry free experience. For your convenience we provide a starter supply of toiletries and essentials, though guests are responsible for replenishing these items for the remainder of their stay. Please note the property uses well water which may have a slight tint or natural sulfur smell, this is completely normal. As this is a shared property with neighboring units you may occasionally hear some outside noise or sounds through the walls. Light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. We are pet-friendly and welcome up to three pets with a fee of $65 per pet per stay. Additionally, the interior flooring paint may show minor wear in some areas. This is purely cosmetic and does not impact the overall quality or cleanliness of the pool. The property includes a pool with no lifeguard on duty and no fence or gate around the pool area. Guests are fully responsible for their own safety and must supervise children at all times. Swimming is at your own risk. By booking guests acknowledge this responsibility. This is a single level home designed to feel comfortable and lived in, with furniture, décor, and area rugs throughout. If you’re traveling with children, we ask that they are supervised at all times as these features and the natural outdoor surroundings may pose risks if unattended.
