This beautiful beach apartment will give you the relaxation and feel of the ocean breeze you look for on this Island Paradise. The best sand and surf are only a short walk away from your vacation place. You may easily discover a secluded fishing spot where to set your rods, but you won't be too far from Miami Beach or Miami Downtown if you want to party like a VIP. This place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and small families. The space This first floor condo offers a fully equipped open kitchen - including refrigerator, range oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The Living room is furnished with a sofa bed, 2 comfortable chairs, a coffee table, a flat 46" screen TV, and a blue ray player. The bedroom is furnished with a brand new king size bed and a large, six drawer dresser. The bedroom also offers a walk-in closet with plenty of space for all your belongings. The den has two bunk beds for the youngest in your party and some storage. The air conditioning and water heater are fairly new and efficient. The laundry room is outside the unit but right across the hallway. Linens and towels are provided. The Private Patio area is surrounded by beautiful trees and landscaping to enjoy during the day or evening while dining. The condo is only a few steps from the private beach, accessible only to Key Biscayne residents. The access is facilitated by a key fob that you will find in the unit. Guest access The boutique building is clean and quiet and has an old world charm. Here you may meet vacationers just like you on their way to the beach or to the pool which is right across the hallway from your door. The pool has been recently renovated. The patio will be your private place to relax after the beach or for your tea time or dinner. The patio is accessible from either the living room and the bedroom. You may come from the beach and access the condo through the patio. Its North exposure will provide a comfy shade and a cool space where you will enjoy the ocean breeze with a glass of wine... The pool is right across the hall from your door, so if you love to work on that tan to make your friends and colleagues jealous, please feel free to grab a towel and find a chair on the pool deck. We understand that doing the laundry is not your favorite activity, but for longer stays it may be a necessity. The laundry with coin operated washers and dryers is right across the hall, outside your unit. Just make sure to pick your clothes after the work is done, so the next residents are able to use it after you. Other things to note The building is occupied mostly by vacationers like you. However, please respect your neighbors and do not party too loud. There are several restaurants and pubs in Key Biscayne, in Miami and Miami Beach where you can get loud and wild. The building has been recently renovated. The pool and pool side furniture is brand new. Lush landscaping has been recently renewed. You may witness occasional work repairs being done (to the roof, parking, main street). These are normal for buildings that are so close to the ocean, whose salty aerosols may produce some accelerating erosion.
