The bright open-plan living area provides plenty of space to relax together after a day at the parks. Large patio doors open onto the covered lanai, where you can enjoy outdoor seating, al fresco dining and views across the private pool and peaceful conservation area beyond. With no rear neighbours, the private pool deck offers a private and tranquil setting to unwind. The screened pool area includes sun loungers, tables and seating, making it the perfect place to enjoy Florida's sunshine. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Sleeping accommodation is arranged as follows: Master Suite 1 - Queen bed, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom (sleeps 2) Master Suite 2 - Queen bed, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom (sleeps 2) Bedroom 3 - Queen bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom 4 - Twin-over-Queen bunk bed plus separate twin bed (sleeps 4) TVs are provided in all bedrooms, as well as in the living room and covered lanai. Families travelling with young children can make use of the complimentary Pack 'n Play travel cot, high chair and stroller. Additional amenities include free high-speed Wi-Fi, digital cable TV and off-street parking for two vehicles. Whether you're visiting for the theme parks, golf, shopping or simply relaxing by the pool, the villa provides a comfortable home from home in the heart of Central Florida. Guest access Lake Wilson Preserve is a peaceful Mediterranean-style community of attractive vacation homes surrounded by conservation woodland and lakes. Ideally located just a few miles from Junction 58 of Interstate 4, the community sits between the renowned Reunion and ChampionsGate golf resorts and provides excellent access to all of Central Florida's major attractions. Walt Disney World is approximately 8.5 miles away, while SeaWorld and Universal Orlando are both within easy driving distance. Publix, Aldi and everyday conveniences are just minutes away. The Reunion, ChampionsGate and Osceola Polk Line Road area also offers an excellent choice of restaurants, cafés and takeaways. The HOA does not allow parking on the grass or any parking on the street for RV's or trailers. Other things to note Pool heating is optional and available for $30 per day (minimum 4 days). If you plan to use the pool during cooler months, please take this into account when booking. Depending on weather conditions, the pool may take up to 48 hours to reach the desired temperature. We do not provide a barbeque. The local equipment rental company No Hassle Vacations can deliver a BBQ complete with propane, with rentals starting from approximately $50 per week. The villa backs onto a conservation area, providing peaceful views and additional privacy. Wildlife and insects may occasionally be seen in the surrounding area despite regular pest control treatments. The pool is professionally maintained. Due to the natural surroundings, occasional pine needles, leaves and other debris may be present around the pool area between cleaning visits. Parking is available for up to two vehicles on the driveway. Please do not park on the grass or block the sidewalk.
