The open living area offers a comfortable setting for spending time together, with a large-screen Roku TV and surround sound for movie nights and relaxing evenings at home. Roku TVs throughout the home with Guest Mode make it easy to access your favorite streaming services while ensuring your accounts are automatically logged out after checkout. Step outside to the private, fully fenced backyard and enjoy another favorite gathering space. The 10' × 20' pergola features adjustable louvered slats, allowing you to create the perfect balance of sun and shade throughout the day. The propane grill with cooking tools is a great place to cook a quick meal. As the evening arrives, gather around the wood-burning fire pit in Adirondack chairs to roast marshmallows, share stories, or simply relax under the Georgia sky.
