Basement apartment opening up just for World Cup travelers primarily. We are 5 minutes to Metro Park Train Station on the New Jersey Transit Line direct to the Stadium. Time to the stadium 25 minutes via NJT Trenton Line. Two dogs and one cat residing upstairs. Large spacious patio with grill. Full and twin size air mattresses available. All of your basics in a family friendly home setting. Unfortunately, no parties due to being a quiet surburban neighborhood. Pets welcome ! The space Older home cozy neighborhood and space. We have wooden floors upstairs so you can hear the foot traffic upstairs. We are quiet after 10 pm. There are white noise devices down stairs to help with noise reduction. Washer and dryer on site. I am available to drive you to the train station just 5 minutes away. Guest access Private entrance to the basement. There is a door upstairs which separates the two spaces. During your stay I love hosting ! if you need information I’m happy to provide or research for you. I’m available 24/7. If you like having coffee/tea on the patio together I’m available. If you prefer 100% privacy and limited interaction I respect your wishes :) Other things to note As before, we have dogs can be a little noisy here at times but we settle down at 10 pm. Come and go as you please at any hour. No parties on site due to being quiet neighborhood. Great safe place to commute back and forth to NYC and World Cup !
