All guests are required to be registered and guests are subject to additional screening. Pets are allowed and a $50 per pet fee will apply. No smoking in the apartment; there is a $500 penalty for violation. The laundry is in a common area in the rear of the building. Instructions will be provided prior to arrival. We provide basic amenities such as toiletries, paper towels, and cleaning detergents to get you started but if you’re planning on an extended stay or staying with a larger group, we recommend picking up what you need for the duration of your stay. Refills and replenishment of toiletries is not included. We can provide restocking for an additional fee. Upon arrival, should you notice any damage or anything broken, please advise the host as soon as possible so that immediate repair arrangements can be made.
