Other things to note Natiivo is an active downtown high-rise, so guests may occasionally hear normal city activity, traffic, nightlife or nearby construction. The rooftop pool, fitness center and other building amenities are shared with other guests and residents. Availability and operating hours are controlled by the building and may occasionally change due to maintenance or building needs. The primary guest must be at least 25 years old. Parties and events are not permitted. Parking is available through Natiivo’s 24-hour valet for $40 per night, paid directly to the valet company, with in-and-out privileges. Standard check-in begins at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM.
