Just minutes from downtown Midway, Soldier Hollow & year-round mountain adventures. The space Welcome to Summit Villa, a two-bedroom villa at Zermatt Resort in the heart of Midway, Utah. With two private bedroom suites, a full kitchen and plenty of room to gather, the villa offers a comfortable home base for families and groups of up to 8. The King Suite is a relaxing retreat with thoughtful Summit Villa extras. Settle into the king bed and enjoy a unique Zermatt feature—a second fireplace right in the bedroom for added warmth and ambiance. Two plush bathrobes and slippers are provided for added comfort. Blackout curtains make it easy to sleep in, while a large Smart TV lets you sign in to your favorite streaming apps and enjoy a movie or show from bed. Step directly outside onto the ground-floor walk-out patio with seating and peaceful views of the lawn and trees, with the convenience of walking out toward the resort amenities without going through the building. The attached bathroom features a separate jetted tub, upgraded walk-in shower and two vanities. The Family Bunk Suite sleeps 6 in two twin-over-queen bunk beds, giving guests two queen beds and two twin beds. It also has a Smart TV, blackout curtains, dedicated workspace, microwave, mini fridge and its own private attached bathroom with a tub/shower as well’s as its own entryway and door to the building hallway. In the main living area, settle into comfortable seating around the gas fireplace and 75” Smart TV—perfect for movie nights, favorite shows or game-day viewing. The dining nook provides a cozy place for meals, games or time together, while high-speed Wi-Fi makes it easy to stay connected. Another Summit Villa extra: the convenient entryway closet is stocked with baby gear, outdoor games and equipment for enjoying the resort amenities—including tennis racquets and balls, pickleball, badminton and a volleyball. Guest access As a guest of the Zermatt Villas Resort, you'll have access to the resort amenities throughout your stay. Take a dip in the indoor/outdoor swimming pool and hot tubs or work up a sweat in the fitness center. Indulge in a rejuvenating spa treatment or enjoy a delectable meal at one of the resort's on-site restaurants. In warmer weather you can also enjoy the onsite tennis court, life-size chess and shuffleboard games, a beautiful carousel, as well as an onsite mini golf course. Other things to note We maintain a strict no-smoking policy throughout the property. Check-in instructions, including your access code, will be sent prior to your arrival date via the email on file. Check in is at 4 PM--Please do not enter the unit early without approval to allow our cleaning team time to fully prepare your space. We aim to ensure your unit meets your expectations upon arrival. If you notice any cleanliness concerns, please notify your host within 2 hours of check-in. Daily housekeeping is not included but may be added for an additional fee.
