The Perfect Home Base Spend your days hiking, sightseeing, visiting Dollywood, exploring the scenic Foothills Parkway, or enjoying the attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. When the day is over, return to your cozy cottage and unwind away from the crowds. Whether you’re visiting for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a relaxing mountain retreat, we want you to feel right at home! Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire one-bedroom cottage throughout their stay, including the bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, and laundry facilities. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the designated outdoor areas, including the fire pit, charcoal grill, fenced yard, and swing set. Convenient on-site parking is provided, and self check-in allows you to arrive at your convenience after your scheduled check-in time. A note about privacy: Our cottage is located on the same property as our primary residence, but guests have their own separate accommodations and entrance. We respect your privacy and want you to feel comfortable enjoying your stay. Whether you’re relaxing indoors or spending an evening around the fire pit, the cottage is yours to enjoy! Other things to note A few helpful things to know before your stay: Property Location: Our cottage is located in peaceful Wears Valley on the same property as our primary residence. Guests have their own separate accommodations and entrance. Transportation: A personal vehicle is recommended for exploring the area. Mountain roads and seasonal traffic may affect travel times. Occupancy: The cottage accommodates a maximum of 4 guests. The bedroom has a queen bed, with additional sleeping options available in the living area. Firewood: Bundles are available beside the fire pit for $10 each. Please observe any local burn restrictions. (Seasonal) Pets: Pets are not permitted unless an exception has been approved in advance. Service animals are accommodated in accordance with Airbnb’s policies. Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the cottage. Minimum Booking Age: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old. Cleaning: We do not charge a separate cleaning fee. We simply ask that guests treat the cottage with care and follow the checkout instructions. Mountain Setting: Our property is surrounded by the natural beauty of East Tennessee. As with most mountain properties, you may occasionally encounter wildlife, insects, and changing weather conditions.
