Welcome to Hooves & Harmony, your private cabin on a working cattle farm right on the Sevier County line, Sevierville side of Dandridge, Tennessee, 20 minutes from downtown Sevierville and about 30 from Pigeon Forge, with English Mountain and the Smoky Mountain foothills filling the view from your deck. This is a raised, newly built cabin with a long covered deck, a private hot tub, string lights, ceiling fans, and open pasture rolling out in front of you with the farm's cows grazing below. Two bedrooms, each with a handcrafted king log bed, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, a full bath with a whiskey-barrel vanity, an open living room and full kitchen, all finished in warm wood from floor to ceiling. Sleeps 6. What Makes This Place Unique: Most cabins give you trees. This one gives you a farm. You are on a working cattle property with pastures on every side, English Mountain stretching across the horizon, and sunsets that light up the whole deck. Then there is the herd. Meet Dolly, Jolene, Loretta, Reba and Johnny Cash: five very photogenic cows named after country legends who wander up to the fence at golden hour like they know they are the stars of the show. The owners call it a meet and greet. You will call it the best part of your camera roll. The hot tub sits under the covered deck so you can soak in any weather while you watch the cows and the mountains. Guests who want the Smokies without the traffic, the crowds, or the cabin-next-door feeling: this is the one. Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 6): Bedroom 1 with a king log bed, a wall-mounted TV and two windows looking out to the pasture. Bedroom 2 with a king bed. Living room with a queen sleeper sofa. One full bathroom with a tub and shower, a whiskey-barrel vessel sink, and a stacked washer and dryer right in the room. Kitchen and Dining: Full kitchen with a stainless refrigerator, electric range, microwave, dishwasher and toaster oven, butcher-block counters, a farmhouse sink under the window, a single-serve coffee bar, and a live-edge wood bar that opens to the living room. Everything you need to cook a real meal after a day in the mountains. Living Room: Leather sofa, loveseat and recliner around an electric fireplace with a large smart TV above it, big windows on two sides, and wood-plank walls and ceilings throughout. Outdoor Living: Private hot tub on the covered deck. Long covered deck with ceiling fans, string lights, Adirondack chairs and a bench. English Mountain and pasture views from every side of the deck. Gravel parking to the right of the stairs, with room for trucks and trailers. A fire pit is being installed shortly, so evenings around the fire under the farm sky are coming. Dandridge Location: You are on the Sevier County line, the quiet lake-and-farm side of the Smokies, with a Dandridge address and Sevierville minutes away. Douglas Lake boat ramps and marinas are minutes away. Sevierville is about 20 minutes, Pigeon Forge and Dollywood about 30, Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance about 40, and Knoxville about 40. Good To Know: This is a working farm, so expect cows, farm sounds and gravel roads. The herd is friendly but they are not pets: enjoy them from your side of the fence and please do not feed them. No smoking, no parties, no pets. The primary guest must be 25 or older. Self check-in with a keypad. Hooves & Harmony. Where the Smokies meet the farm. Guest access Full private access to the entire cabin: both bedrooms, full bathroom with washer and dryer, living room, kitchen, the covered deck, the hot tub and the gravel parking to the right of the stairs. Self check-in with a keypad. The owners live off site, so the whole place is yours with full privacy, and we are a message away if you need anything. Please stay clear of the cattle fences and farm equipment.
