Quiet Hours & Neighborhood Respect We ask guests to observe quiet hours from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM every day, in accordance with Fountain Hill city ordinances. Excess noise may result in fines and, in severe cases, removal from the property without refund. Smoke-Free Policy Smoking is not permitted indoors. A $1,000 cleaning fee will be charged for violations. Smoking outdoors is allowed only in designated areas—details will be shared in your guidebook. Gatherings & Use of Space Small gatherings are welcome within your designated property area.
