Guest access Check-In and Room Access The home’s main entrance is secured with a smart lock. Before check-in, you will receive an access link and instructions for downloading the entry app. Once inside, proceed upstairs, where a welcome card outside the bedroom door will help you identify your room. Shared Areas & Privacy The host lives on the property. Please respect the privacy and personal space of everyone in the home. You are welcome to use the designated shared areas, but please do not enter private bedrooms, storage areas, or other spaces not designated for guest use. 8. No Smoking, Parties, or Illegal Activity • No smoking or vaping inside the home. • No parties, events, or gatherings. • No illegal drugs or illegal activities on the property. 9. Home Security Please make sure exterior doors are completely closed and locked when entering or leaving. Do not allow anyone else into the home or share keys, access codes, or other entry information with third parties. 10. Please Take Care of the Home Please treat the room, bathroom, kitchen, furniture, and appliances with reasonable care. If anything is damaged or if you notice a leak, appliance problem, or other maintenance or safety issue, please let the host know as soon as possible. 11.
