The areas described for your stay are for the exclusive use of guests. Guest access 🔑 Exclusive access to all the areas included in your booking. 🏊 The pool, terrace, grill, kitchen, living rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms listed in the listing are for the exclusive use of guests. 🌊 From the first floor, you can access the pier directly. 🚗 The garage is also available for guests. Space for 1 car. Entry to the house is through the carport. 🏠 The owner lives in a separate area on the third floor. The areas designated for guests are not shared. 🤫 Quiet hours: 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m. We ask you to respect them to maintain good coexistence. 🚫 No parties or events allowed. 🚭 No smoking inside of the house. 🐾 1 small pet (dog only) weighing up to 12 kg is allowed. 📜 Rules: • Keep areas clean • Take care of the property. The first floor is the level that connects directly with the boardwalk. 🏠 Important: The owner lives in a separate area on the third floor. Her presence on the property means that help is readily available when needed, but the guest spaces are private and not shared. 🏊 The pool is 0.80 m deep and is mainly intended for cooling off and relaxing. 🌞 The terrace has a sun lounger and a large umbrella to protect you from the sun. 🌊 The house has ocean views from various rooms, especially from the terrace and its balcony on the second floor, and from the living room on the first floor. 🔥 The fireplace and barbecue area are part of the social area for the exclusive use of guests. 🧳 The layout of the bedrooms and sleeping alcoves is especially practical for families and groups. ⚠️ Since it is next to the boardwalk and close to the sea, you may hear sounds typical of the coastal environment and people moving around at certain times.
