This is our fee structure for the extra amenities! Pool heating is $125 per day if the lowest forecast temp during your stay above 60° f. Pool heating is $150 per day if the lowest forecast temp during your stay is between 50° f & 60° f. IMPORTANT: Pool features and Jacuzzi must be activated remotely. 🛑 Please notify us in advance when you'd like the heater or jets turned on so we can remotely enable them. ADDITIONAL FEES/CHARGES: **it is an additional $125/per day minimum of 2days to have access to the pool heater and jacuzzi. This covers the energy consumption required to maintain the desired temperature - The pool will be cleaned most Wednesdays or Thursdays, or may vary depending on the weather, and the automated pool vacuum is scheduled to clean everyday starting at 8am-12pm. ⚠️ POOL AREA CAUTION For everyone’s safety, please use caution around the pool. No glass containers are allowed in the pool area. Please use cans, plastic cups, or other non-breakable drinkware, and keep all food, drinks, and personal items away from the pool edge. **Guests can request late check-outs for a $100 fee within 1 day of departure. Late checkouts are not guaranteed and we will not be able to approve any late check-outs before this window. Late checkouts will not be allowed past 12pm. This strict rule is put in place to give the cleaners enough time to clean the property and replenish supplies before the next guest arrives. Registration Details STR-2025-002031
