The space Welcome to this oceanfront getaway at Holiday Pavilion Resort on the Boardwalk located in beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC! This unit is located in an oceanfront resort right on the Boardwalk, so you will be steps from the beach, the SkyWheel, Pier 14, and tons of shops and restaurants. The resort has tons of amenities including indoor and outdoor pools - see photos! Our condo is comfortably and completely furnished with many of the luxuries of home! Each stay includes towels, linens and a complimentary starter set of toilet paper, shampoo, and conditioner, however, we encourage guests to bring additional supplies. The unit is perfect for a couple's beach retreat. Parking: You will have 1 parking pass to hang on your rear view mirror. The HOA asks that no guests have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, RVs or boats in the parking lot. Entry: Complex Elevator Available! Self check-in with keypad. Unit: 1 king bed. Dining table. Kitchen with full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, and coffee maker. Access to the balcony via sliding glass doors. Bathroom: Walk-in shower. Balcony: Private balcony overlooking the resort pools and the ocean. Beach: Walk a few minutes through the resort to access the beach! Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay. Cleaning/Linens: Professional cleaning company utilized to ensure a deep clean prior to each new booking. Linens are provided. Starter kit of toilet paper/paper towels/trash bags provided but guest will be responsible for any resupply needed during stay. Other Amenities: HOA owned and operated. Operation hours vary based on the seasonal conditions. Guest access Guests will have the condo to themselves along with resort amenities. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: Host and Co-Hosts do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc. Feel free to bring your beach towels, toys, chairs or other items for your stay. By the HOA guidelines, we kindly ask that the booking guest needs to be at least 25 years of age or older with identity verified through the booking platform ADDITIONAL NOTES: 1. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement and upload a valid government ID that matches the name of the booker on the agreement. If the form is not signed or the information does not match the reservation, the reservation may need to be canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy. 2. In the event that a settlement is required due to any disputes, the other party must agree to and sign a resolution agreement. This document will outline the terms of the settlement and ensure that both parties fully agree to those terms.
