We welcome families and respectful groups, but parties and events are strictly prohibited by the city. - Quiet hours: 9 PM – 8 AM. - No amplified music or excessive outdoor noise at any time. - The local authority maintains a 24-hour noise complaint hotline. - Serious or repeated noise violations may result in termination of the stay without refund, where permitted by law and Airbnb policy. Safety & Important Information - Our home is family-friendly but not fully baby-proofed. - There are small steps inside the home.
