House Rules & Community Guidelines To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly ask guests to observe the following: 1. Cleanliness & Property Care Please keep the home clean and tidy throughout your stay. Treat the furniture, appliances, and property with care. Excessive mess, damage, or additional cleaning beyond normal use may result in additional charges. 2. Parking Regulations All guest vehicles must be registered through the community's designated parking system and parked only in authorized spaces. Unauthorized parking may result in towing at the vehicle owner's expense. Curbside parking is not permitted unless expressly authorized by the community. 3. Noise & Neighbors Please respect neighboring residents and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly during nighttime hours. Parties, disruptive gatherings, and excessive noise are not permitted. 4. Community Amenities Guests must follow all posted pool, clubhouse, fitness center, and recreational facility rules. Children must be appropriately supervised, and required access credentials must be presented when requested. 5. Smoking Please refrain from smoking inside the property. Additional odor-removal or cleaning charges may apply if smoking causes damage or lingering odors. 6. Occupancy & Visitors Only guests included in the reservation may stay overnight. Additional visitors must be approved by the host and comply with community registration requirements. 7.
