This is an in-law suite on the 1st floor of the house and is the entire floor. .This is a hosted stay , my family and I live in the house on the second floor. Private entrance to your suite is through back deck. Only shared space during stay is the deck. Full kitchen with full size refrigerator. Around the corner from Rockaway Taco/ Rockaway Beach Surf Club. House is front of Jamaica bay with views of the bay from the bed. Has a charcoal and gas grill for use and lots of herbs for use if you want to cook and dining table and seating areas . During your stay We live upstairs the first floor is a complete suite . This is a mother daughter house , meaning it’s a single family house but we have a master suite with full amenities- the only shared space you will need is the back deck .
