Steps from the beach - 1 bedroom - Folly Beach

This renovated downstairs beach getaway is a super clean and comfortable place to call home when visiting Folly Beach. Come on and enjoy the amazing wonders of this funky and chill island. We are only one block from the ocean and sticking your toes in the sand. As well as only 0.5 mile from all the restaurants and shops on Center St. 4th block & E. Ashley Ave area. The space The house is a duplex as we live upstairs and this apartment is downstairs. Thus there will be some residual noise. This space is only for a maximum of two guests as required by the City of Folly Beach's short term rental rules. No kids under 12 and no pets allowed. The apartment consists of 750 square feet. There is one bedroom, one bathroom, a large living/dining room and a wonderful, fully functional kitchen. There is a sliding door to enter the bathroom off the living room, which has an amazing, large, tiled curbless shower. There is a mini split that works off a remote to heat and cool the apartment. A few more items in the apartment are: - High speed internet, a 40" Flat screen TV with a ROKU. I keep my YouTubeTV account signed in but guests can sign into any other apps as they like. -Comfortable memory foam mattress -Drip Coffee maker, French Press, microwave, blender, toaster, etc -Hair dryer, iron and ironing board Guest access Note there are no late check outs or early check ins available as this time is used to thoroughly clean and get the apartment ready for guests. Thank you. Other things to note There is dedicated gravel driveway between the wooden fence in the front for parking. There are two beach chairs that will be by the picnic table that you are welcome to use.
