Please note street cleaning hours The space The space is the part of the full house, by eliminating 2 other locked off bedrooms and bath of the House to allow for a smaller rental space and price. No one is staying in the additional rooms when you rent this house . Little island is part of Balboa Island. 2 short blocks from the shops and restaurants. Easy access via the ferry to the Balboa peninsula. AC has just been added and there are also portable fans that keep the house cool with a nice, ocean breeze that flows through the house with open doors and windows. We provide you with essentials, coffee, Toilet paper, papertowels, soap, shampoo and conditioner for the first couple days Guest access a port a crib is available upon request.
