Private Tiny Home w/ AC- Near Airport & Seattle

Experience this private tiny home (250 sf). Private entrance home has one queen-sized bed, a kitchenette with sink, water heater, fridge, microwave, and a fully functional bathroom with standing shower. Please review details below of space before booking. It is indeed a private entrance tiny house, attached to green house where the cohost, Jenny, lives. The space This 250 sf home is gray with a white door. There is a sign in front of the home that says “Seattle Tiny Home”. This private entrance small house is located in the back away from the main street. Parking is in front of the tiny house in the back yard as well. You will need to walk through the side driveway and into the back yard where this tiny house sits. Tiny house is a separate private space but attached to the back green home. Private entrance with keypad, queen-sized bed, a kitchenette with sink, water heater, fridge, microwave, and a fully functional bathroom with standing shower. Please note this tiny home has a ceiling height of 6 feet 10 inches from the right that slants to 6 feet to the left. The lowest part is where bed is and where you’ll be sitting at the table, so height should still be comfortable. Please make sure you are comfortable with the height of this home before booking. We don’t want you to be unhappy when you arrive if you’re too tall! Guest access Full sized bathroom with standing shower, hair dryer, iron board and iron. Queen sized bed and dresser for your clothes. Kitchenette with sink, refrigerator, microwave, water heater, and basic utensils. Table with two chairs for working or eating. Other things to note Parking is available onsite. You must confirm parking with me. If you drive a very large van/truck and cannot drive through the driveway, there are plenty of parking in the street within 1 block from the house. Parking driveway is tight so best to check the space / location before pulling in. Plenty of parking on street within the block if you think the driveway is too narrow. Do not park in front of the front house- there is a city no parking sign. Do not park in the driveway except to load/unload only – you will block others. Note- After booking, copy the address into your navigation app. Using Airbnb app for maps/directions will take you to the wrong house. This is outside my control.
