The main space is tastefully decorated with wood accents and comfortable furnishings including a lavish reclining sofa set and leather armchair. Relax in front of the beautiful stone and wood fireplace and make yourself at home. The fully equipped kitchen including stainless steel appliances, gorgeous wood cabinetry and island bar seating is sure to bring out the inner chef. The dining room with it’s large rustic dining table (for eight) will bring your group together for some food, laughter and fun. Enjoy the second-story patio, equipped with a gas grill and take in the fresh alpine air along with the breathtaking mountain views. Retire at the end of your day in the large king sized canopy framed bed in the master bedroom. The remaining three bedrooms are in the lower level of the home which also features a cozy family room with a leather sectional, a flat-screen Smart TV, and a full bathroom. Exceeding this limit not only poses a safety hazard but is also a violation of the rental agreement and will lead to immediate eviction and minimum fines of $500 plus $75 per person over the max occupancy. - NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind in or around the property - NO PETS allowed - NO events, parties and large gatherings. - Quiet hours and maximum occupancy must be observed between 10pm and 8am. - No street parking during winter months or at any time snow is on the ground. - Weekly garbage collection is on Monday mornings. Collect all trash and dispose of in the bear-proof garbage box. Any trash bags that do not fit in the bear box you may leave in the garage. DO NOT leave any trash outside of the bear box. - EACH and EVERY violation above may incur a $500 fine, additional cleaning fees and guests may be subject to immediate eviction. Additional $75 per person fine will be assessed if maximum occupancy limit is violated. If a citation is received, the guest will be responsible for paying both guest and owner citations, up to $2000. - Avoid citations by following all community rules as outlined in the rental agreement and observe quiet hours between 10pm to 8am. (El Dorado County Ordinance §5.56.090 A2 and §5.56.120) - Only park in designated spaces (garage and paved driveway). Vehicles are not allowed on the street during winter months or at any time snow is on the ground to allow for snow removal services. (El Dorado County Ordinances §5.56.110 and §10.12.170-180) - Camping and/or campfires on the property grounds are strictly prohibited.
