Other things to note Beach Update: Due to natural ocean conditions, there is currently an ongoing beach erosion and replenishment project in the area. Some sand has been affected, and efforts are underway to restore the beach. We appreciate your understanding. That said, the condo itself is located on a higher floor with stunning ocean views, and the property still offers excellent amenities, a prime location, and easy access to nearby world-class beaches.
