This is a single family Town house located less than half a miles from beltway I295, very central location to all places of interests in Jacksonville, TIAA home of Jaguars is 15 minutes away. we fully remodeled Thus place in February 2020 and no one has used it as a guest house yet. We have replaced all kitchen appliances stainless steel, brand new kitchen soft close cabinets, and living room ceramic tiles and all bedrooms floors are Brand-new Carpet with thick padding . The space This is 2 bedrooms and two full baths, Town house , living room and dining rooms, 2 car place on the driveway. Guest bath room separate, master bedroom has its own bathroom. Guest access Entire house is available for guests.
