The space This is a very spacious two-bedroom private room in an apartment, safely located in a growing multi-ethnic neighborhood of Bensonhurst. The apartment is newly renovated, freshly refurnished and eclectically decorated with beautiful hardwood floors, mosaic and glass tiled kitchen and bathroom. There are individual dual AC/heat units throughout. Both bedrooms are furnished with queen size beds, night stands, and dressers. There is also a flat screen HDTV, high speed WiFi internet and a lot of seating in the private living room area. The open kitchen is well equipped with flatware, pots/pans, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle and other appliances you'll need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It even has a bar/island for eating and laptop working space! The bathroom is brand new and fully renovated. Fresh sheets, towels, soap, and shampoo are provided. The apartment is conveniently located in the residential area near 86th street and New Utrecht Ave, where you will various convenience stores, laundromat, delis, gas stations, restaurants and shops. If you need anything, the laundromat and deli is open 24/7. For traveling, we are in close proximity and quick walking distance to nearby subway trains and bus stops. The D and N train and Brooklyn bus lines are along 86th street and New Utrecht Ave and it takes about 45 minutes to Manhattan, (8 stops by train to Atlantic Terminal which is connected to LIRR-Long Island Railroad and other subway lines including D, N, R, 2, 3, 4, 5, B & Q). It's a relaxing atmosphere after a long day from the city. Guest access Guests will be able to access the whole PRIVATE space sharing with the host on the first floor. During your stay Guests have access to the full apartment, but either one of my family members, neighbor or I will meet them at check-in as we live and share on the premises. With advanced notice, we are flexible with Check-In & Check-Out times when schedule permits. As a New Yorker, I know great locations around the community and popular tourist attractions in the city.
