Cozy Cabin on the Fraser River

Cozy & comfortable cabin located on the Fraser River. You can hear the peaceful river from the Master Bedroom or Living Room. The trout filled Frazer river is 50 feet away! You are twenty minutes from Winter Park or Grand Lake and ten minutes to Hot Sulfur Springs. Granby has a large grocery store a mile down the road and several nice restaurants and local shops. Granby Ranch has a fun ski resort in town to ski, board or tube. Short Term Rental Permit #006388 The space Outdoor gas firepit with large flat stone patio & chairs. Large porch & deck with six high top chairs and outdoor dining table. Property has almost 100 feet of river front. Bring your trout fishing pole! You will have access to a community pool, hot tub and a catch and release Trout pond. Please note: This property has cameras on the outside of the cabin. These were installed for security purposes since we live out of town and for when the home is empty. I give you my word you are NOT being watched.....ever. Guest access Some rules we kindly ask you to follow: HOA rules that only two vehicles are allowed at the cabin at ANYTIME. Fine - $250. There is plenty of overflow parking a short walk on the opposite side of neighborhood. Absolutely no wood burning fires - HOA violation & $500 fine. No smoking inside cabin. $500 fine. Only registered guests at cabin - day or night. No parking on the street. Absolutely no parties, "party scene" or loud music. No pets. This is a quiet river front cabin community so please keep things low key and quiet. Airbnb guests are not allowed to use the clubhouse. There is nothing really in there anyway. Please follow the checkout procedures in the airbnb manual. Thank you for kindness & understanding. Other things to note Please note: The middle hall bedroom has three single beds. The bunk bed has two singles and a pullout single floor trundle. If the pull out floor trundle is used it is a tight fit and takes up the entire floor space. Fishing in the Frazer river is free for 15 and younger. It is catch and release only. A license is required for 16 and older. It is $25 and must be paid in cash. You can pick up a license, tackle, gear, hire a Guide or ask questions at the Granby Bait and Tackle in town.
