Our home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, on a top of a hill, in a cull-de-sack with views to the mountains, close to outdoor recreation, bus stop, ski, hike, mountain biking, Mt. America convention center, Alta View Hospital, restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Guest will find comfortable home amenities to rest and relax, set the mood they prefer with multiple specialty dimmable lighting, set desired temperature and find options of accommodations for guests working remotely. The space Charming split-level home near 4 world-class ski resorts such as Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude with mountain views. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Our guests will have a private bedroom and private bathroom on the lower level along with access to a private guest living room on the lower level. For those working remotely, high speed internet and dedicated options for work desks and chairs are provided to accommodate your set up preferred spot. The guest bedroom (120 sf) is newly renovated with its own desk/chair, microwave and mini fridge/freezer, comfortable tween size bed for single occupants, king size bed for double occupancy, soft and firm pillows, cozy comforter and extra blankets. The adjacent newly renovated guest living room has a tv (limited basic cable), electric fireplace, Mountain View’s, with comfortable table, chairs and couch. The downstairs guest bathroom has a heated seat bidet toilet, sink and jetted tub, along with access to the washer/dryer. Access to shower is on the upper level shared bathroom off the hallway. Occasionally, we will need to access the downstairs bathroom to get to the laundry. We live on the upper floor of our home. We do have two mature well behaved middle and high school children that you may hear from during your stay. However, they stay on the upper floor and sleep well during the night. We don’t have pets. You will park on right side off the driveway. We love hosting and we respect your privacy. Guest access Downstairs bedroom, downstairs living room, downstairs bathroom, upstairs shared shower room of hallway, outside back yard when there is no snow. During your stay We want our guests to feel comfortable and happy while they are here. Feel free to ask us about anything you need, local attractions, events, shopping or other things to do. If you are here when there is no snow on the ground, you are welcome to have access and relax in the back yard during the day. No drug use, smoking/vaping, open flames or partying.
