Private master sectioned off from the house with private entrance from street, small yard, and two private entrances to the house. All surfaces sanitized between guests! Famous South Mountain only 100 feet away (excellent spot for mountain bikers), or a public park across the street with tennis, volleyball, basketball -- can't get any closer to nature while still being in the city! We can send digital key for autonomous self check-in, never have to see hosts for maximum sanitization! The space Small kitchenette with Keurig, hotplate, microwave, and mini fridge (No oven or full kitchen). Newly remodeled granite shower. Lights, music, alarms, even the microwave can all be controlled with your voice using Alexa (this is completely optional and can be controlled with traditional switches too, but it's very cool and accessible if you choose to use it. If not, you can mute Alexa or just unplug it). Ample closet space and full sized mirrors. There is a full-size air mattress in the closet if the queen bed is not enough. The couch would probably only comfortably sleep a child or little person. The desert can be dry, so we've included a small humidifier and complimentary essential oils. Free Wi-Fi, including VPN encryption so your connection is private from tracking websites and from your host. Flatscreen smart TV with free streaming movies/TV through Crackle, IMDB, and local TV with over 70 local channels (you can use your own Netflix or Prime login if you like, but it's not included nor is cable). Complimentary bags of popcorn in case you're staying in for movie night. There is a park across the street from our house. It has tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball, free charcoal BBQs, and a playground for kids — or adults who like the swings after some wine! Please note that we have two well-trained loving dogs but their yard is fenced off from yours and they will not be in your space. Other things to note This location is pet friendly. You will have a private yard for pets and food/water bowls and treats. A park is across the street and nature trail about 100 feet away, both great for dog walks. Please note there is a non-refundable $30 charge per pet, and we ask you please keep pets off the furniture.
