Luxurious Abode 2 - Modern & Comfort-Oriented Stay

Promo: 15% off for 90+ nights. Not applicable for May-September. My home is situated in a modern neighborhood surrounded by premium properties. Guests can find grocery stores (Safeway, Trader’s Joe), restaurants (Vietnamese, Thai, Chinese, etc.), specialty shops, and an LA Fitness gym within a convenient walking distance of 10 mins. I take pride in providing a comfortable experience for my guests during the entire stay with my utmost respect for their privacy in a well-kept and tranquil space. The space Non-smoker ONLY please! Upon booking a stay in my home, you will find yourself immersed in a modern living space with a plethora of high-end and comfort-oriented shared amenities such as preparing a quick and delicious meal on a portable induction cooktop, watching your favorite Netflix/Amazon/Disney+ shows or Xfinity cable channels on a brand-new 65” TV in an open-concept living-room area, enjoying a steaming-hot or icy-cold cup of coffee/tea every morning, doing laundry in a high-efficiency/high-capacity set of washer & dryer, and many more. I currently have the fastest residential internet package available from Comcast with download speeds up to 1000Mbps. An outdoor covered deck with an attached fireplace and outdoor seating is available for your enjoyment. Central air conditioning is available for your summer comfort. This is a RARE amenity among Airbnb listings in Washington state, as most housing options, even apartment complexes and other new homes, do not generally come equipped with a central AC system. All of my available guest rooms (currently 4 active listings) are beautifully furnished and the included amenities would make any one of them a great fit for visiting professionals (traveling nurses/doctors, businessmen/women, academic/professional interns, etc.) as well as for locals interested in flexible long-term rentals. Guest access Kitchen Pantry Reserved private room Guest living room Half-bath Full-bath Back deck Laundry room During your stay I have been specializing in long-term bookings for the past 4 years on this platform. Most of my former Guests stayed for 2+ months, while some stayed for over a year. Therefore, I might not have as many ratings as other Hosts in the area do. My top priority as a Host is to provide high-quality accommodation for my Guests, and I have crafted an exclusive rental environment in the Lake Meridian area with your comfort and safety in mind. I will respond to questions or concerns during your stay via the Airbnb messaging system within 24 hours of receiving them. Other things to note Current promotions: 10% discount on monthly stays. In order to provide a safe and secure environment for everyone who stays at my residence, a cleared background check conducted via TransUnion SmartMove ($47 payable by guest and reimbursable for stays longer than 90 nights) is required for every long-term reservation (28+ nights).
