Suite 1 - Updated 2 BR Unit (4 min. walk to beach)

Surfers Welcome to this 2BR /1 bath unit! This unit has been priced lower than our other units because it receives water in the kitchen when it rains. We have not been able to find a way to stop it, so all we can do is provide towels & warn guests that there will be water on the floor in the small kitchen when it rains. Property is located in town of Aguada, 5 min drive to the Rincon Welcome Sign, 9 min drive to Rincon Center. 35 min drive from the Aguadilla Airport. 4-min walk to beach. The space Guests have access to the entire unit, including full kitchen with stove, microwave, and coffee maker; and will have complete privacy while inside. On the grounds, guests share the yard, including a hammock, covered porch with outside shower, and seating with the other 3 units in the building. You will have 1 parking space inside the gate to park 1 car. If you bring more than one car, you may need to park it outside of the gate. Please note that there may not be hot water at all times. The water is solar-heated and on days that are cloudy/rainy and when all 4 units are booked, which is often the case, guests are likely to run out of hot water. We ask guests to reserve hot water for showers, but cannot guarantee hot water at all times. Please also note that during heavy rains, there can be water in the kitchen. We have tried and cannot fix this and we provide towels to dry it up when it happens. If this will be an issue we ask that you find another place, sorry about any inconvenience! Other things to note Approved pets are allowed, with a $50 nonrefundable pet fee. Please inquire about pets before booking to see if they are approved.
