Rest and relax in our Phoenix house, located in a quiet, safe family neighborhood just 15 minutes south of Sky Harbor Airport. Enjoy a gated private large pool with a diving board, solar-heated for your comfort. Walk or bike to nearby South Mountain Park trailheads. Unwind with cool drinks on the comfy seating areas under a covered patio and enjoy stunning sunsets. The property includes RV/truck trailer parking behind a locked gate. Family and pet-friendly! Book now for a perfect stay. The space Pool will be heated from the solar power on the roof. Natural heat supply from the sun. The temperature can be vary depends on weather. It is around 70 degree to 80 to make the pool swimmable in cold season. In the early spring and late fall season, pool temperature can be up to 80-90 degrees or more. We provide streamings (Disney Plus and Prime) and wifi. There will be plenty of toys, games and books for children to stay entertained. A toddler or baby can sleep comfortably in crib instead of using a play pen. We also have a safe guard rail for a twin bed too. We also have self-closing door pool fence to keep kids out of the pool and there is a key to lock the pool door too as well. (Safety is our primary concern.) Guests are welcome to use all of kitchen appliances, our garage, and every room except one closest in a bedroom will be used for storage. Our location is very close to many restaurants, PHX airport, grocery stores, and very close to main highway (i10). We also have awesome park nearby that has basketball court, tennis court, and the playground with swing sets. The trail head is around a half mile away from our house. (Trail is great for bike ride and hiking.)
