Triangle Living - A-frame in the Woods!

* A small A-frame with 2 small bedrooms with a lovely yard on 3/4 acre. * Suitable for a couple with one or two small children. * Minutes walk to a lake. Not a swimming lake, but boating is beautiful. * Pets are welcome. Please leash your dogs, as the yard is not enclosed. * Private, country feel. Five minutes from the Omega Institute. * 7-10 mins drive to center of Rhinebeck with all shopping. * We have had problems with cats. If you wish to bring one, we charge $100 per cat. The space * A remote area on a country road by a lake. * 10 minute drive to center of Rhinebeck with all shopping and restaurants. * No garage access. Park in front of the garage doors. Full access to yard and house. * Barbecue, fire pit, outside eating area. Enjoy! * One bedroom has a queen bed. * Second bedroom has 2 twin beds. * Downstairs sofa is modular and can sleep two people. Guest access * You can be in the house, the deck, the yard. No garage access. The house is on a dirt road and feels pretty remote. Other things to note My cleaners work hard -- the place is always immaculately clean. We are slowly updating over time, so you may find some imperfections. It's a rustic place, but it's also simple and fun and private. We think that people in their twenties to forties do best here, or people who are interested in a unique structure who don't mind painted plywood floors while we wait for our contractor to put in hardwood. I'm very accessible and respond quickly. I hope you choose us! ***We love dogs, but we do ask that you let us know if you intend to bring one and what type.
