It is centrally located within very close walking distance to many of the attractions and great restaurants such as Ukiyo, Starland Yard, Two Tides Brewery, Flora & Fauna, Lone Wolf, etc. The Starland District provides a unique Savannah charm with its eclectic stores, delicious eats, and enchanting atmosphere. It is just a short Uber ride to the downtown area. The space All three bedrooms are located upstairs, with the master bedroom featuring a king-size bed and private ensuite bathroom, while the two additional bedrooms both have queen-size beds and share a separate full bathroom. A half bathroom is also available downstairs for added convenience. For your laundry needs, a washer and dryer are provided . Enjoy the shared courtyard, complete with a gas grill for outdoor cooking. There is free street parking. Guest access You will have access to the entire house and shared courtyard. The courtyard is shared with the carriage house (another rental) which is separate from the main house and located above the garage. Keyless entry on the front door - code will be messaged to you before arrival. Other things to note Please adhere to the occupancy rule as you agreed to in the listing contract. My home will accommodates 6 guest very comfortably. The property is located in a safe & quite neighborhood that is mostly residential with a few local small business scattered about. Because the house is in the city and located on the corner, there is potential for traffic noise , fire & police sirens, street-sweepers, etc. The court yard is shared with the carriage house (my other rental property ) which is separate from the main house and located above the garage. Please clean the grill after using it and make sure the gas is turned off. The electronic igniter is fussy and does not work sometimes and you will have to use matches or a grill lighter. Should you run out of propane the chevron station at the corner has an exchange station and if you exchange tanks I will be happy to reimburse you the cost. All 3 bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Guest must be able to navigate a rather long flight of stairs. SVR-02208
