This is good for one vehicle.** SVR02046 The space Cool, clean, and comfortable, Broughton + Barnard Loft is a one bedroom condo that provides you unparalleled access to Historic Downtown Savannah. Broughton, Congress and River Streets are steps away, as is the majority of what draws you to the Historic District; Open air restaurants, coffee shops, retail, museums...it's all at your fingertips. The condo is on the third floor, and you can choose elevator access to go up, or you can take the stairs if you want to bound down and out onto the street! The bedroom features a king bed, and there is additional sleeping available on the ample fold out couch in the living room area. We know that parking in downtown Savannah can be challenging, and that is why we provide a parking pass for you for a secure parking deck very close to the apartment. We want to make things as easy as possible for you during your stay. **The pass gives you 24 hour access to the Robinson Parking Garage, but there is not an assigned or guaranteed spot. All parking is based on availability. You will need the pass to enter and to exit the deck.** Please note that this condo gives you great access to the heart of downtown. Because of its central location, there is city noise that will filter up from the street. You will find this in any residence that is in the downtown area. We provide a white noise machine to help drown out the city sounds if you're a light sleeper. If you think you might be bothered by this during your stay, the downtown area may not be the spot for you. However, if what you are looking for is an exciting place to hang your hat while you see and do all you can on your weekend away, this is a great home for you during your visit to Savannah. We hope that you choose to stay here. We love Savannah, and we think that staying at Broughton + Barnard Loft will give you the perfect slice of life in this jewel of a town. Guest access The condo is your private place during your stay. I am available by message or phone if you have questions or concerns, and I live in Savannah, so I can come by in case of emergencies.
