Cute 1 bedroom apartment with full kitchen in a very quiet, safe, family friendly neighborhood of central Jax. 2 min from a Publix. Brand new bathroom with big walk In shower. Strong WiFi & Smart TV equipped with Netflix. Queen bed in bedroom. Futon in Living Area to sleep up to 2 extra guests. Space to work remotely at built in kitchen table. Some pets allowed with a $50 pet fee per pet. Please inquire first. This unit is one half of a house converted into a duplex, so there is a shared wall. The space Please note that there is no smoking of any kind allowed at the property. If we find evidence of such, we will keep at least a portion of the security deposit. We recommend if you are a smoker of any kind, not to book our property. Guest access Guests will have space to park a car under the carport and entrance will be through the back door under the carport. The driveway and yard are shared with the adjacent unit, but you will have the whole right half of the driveway to yourself. There is room for 2-3 cars. The entire unit is for yourself which includes full kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. This unit is set up to be a short term or long term rental, with all the basics you will need. We provide hand soap, but not shampoo or conditioner. House is deep cleaned between each guest, if you have any issues at all, please let us know and we will correct them as soon as possible! Other things to note There is room for a third person, but they would have to sleep on the small couch, which is not very big. Please book with 3 people at your own discretion.
