PRIVATE 2-bedroom 1.5 bath w/ living room

Next to University of Chicago campus. Private entry to 2-bedroom/1.5-bath apartment: back half is our separate craft space and front half is your private Airbnb suite. No proper kitchen, but there is a large fridge, microwave, etc. This Airbnb is in our 4-unit apt building next to our house where we've had a 5-star Airbnb room for 10+ years as a Super Host. The other tenants are long-term lease-holders and wonderful people whom we're happy to call our neighbors on this quiet tree-lined street. The space A NOTE ABOUT THE CLEANING FEE: Ours is less than our neighbors. This is because a family friend cleans our space and receives all of the cleaning fee, plus extra from us. PLEASE READ RULES AT END. One full private bathroom. One Queen-size bed, large closet, nice TV for casting only (Chromecast), and a half bath in the room. One smaller bedroom suitable for one person. It's also perfect for children as it has children's books, games, and stuffed toys, etc. The living room has a large TV, DVD Blu-ray player, cable, chair, table with three chairs, light exercise equipment, full refrigerator, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee/tea maker, glasses, utensils, dishes, etc. There is no stove/oven. We have sheets, blankets, and pillows available for the couch that can also accommodate one person. We also have a folding cot. The full bathroom has everything! All toiletries and extras, plus towels and a dish rack for drying. There's also a G00gle mini in the living room for asking questions and changing the temperature upon request, "Hey G00gle, set the temperature to 68 degrees." "Hey G00gle, what's the weather outside right now?" "Hey G00gle, set an alarm for 6 AM." RULES: We need the proper names of all people staying during your reservation. No smoking at all. There is no access to the kitchen. There are no hot plates or cooking allowed in the apartment. No unauthorized guests. YOU MUST TELL US ABOUT EVERY GUEST ENTERING THE PROPERTY AHEAD OF TIME for safety reasons and so we can adjust the sleeping accommodations and amenities. Extra overnight guests are charged an extra fee due to extra cleaning and wear/tear on unit, so please clear it with us and be ready to pay the extra $20 per person above the two original guests. No loud craziness, especially after 10PM. You have neighbors. (Let us know if the neighbors are loud as well.) Guest access We have security codes for the front door of the building and then for your private unit. We will EMAIL through Airbnb messenger the security codes for entry after booking. Other things to note There are two lease holders on the second and third floor. There is a basement unit. Currently it's unoccupied. We are rehabbing it, but we don't work on it while we have guests.
