The entire 2BR, 1BA apartment will be available to the guests, as well as the private patio in front of the unit. Other things to note - We perform enhanced cleaning - We have soundproofed the unit; however, since all 3 levels of our house are part of the same structure, when we are in the home upstairs, you may occasionally hear some minor noises and/or vibrations from steps. We are providing high-quality white noise machines to additionally enhance your sense of privacy - For early Check-in / late Checkout please, coordinate with me as this depends on the listing’s occupancy. An additional fee may need to be applied - Our Kitchen and Coffee Bar are fully stocked, and while there may be some non-perishable supplies for your convenience, we do not guarantee refills - To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we provide initial supply of Toilet paper, Paper Towels, Toiletries and other essentials, however these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies - Drive times provided in the listing are based on average traffic patterns throughout the year. Traffic in this area will vary, based on the season, day of the week, and time of the day you travel. Please, keep that in mind, when estimating drive times and distances, in regards to your travel plans - For liability purposes, we do not allow weapons on the property.
