Other things to note POLICIES - No smoking - No pets allowed - No events, parties, or large gatherings - Linens ARE included - Must be at least 25 years old to book - Additional fees and taxes apply - Photo ID may be required upon check-in - NOTE: Quiet time in the VILLAGE is observed from 11:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. - NOTE: Persons under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when outside of a residence from 11:00 p.m. - 6:00 a.m. - NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features exterior security cameras. They do not look into any interior spaces - Golf Cart rentals are available through the community management office. - Gate access cards are available for purchase ($30 cash; $10 refund upon returning card). This allows guests to enter community through any gate, as well as beach access. Guests can always enter neighborhood through security station with gate access card. Each new Check-in includes the following, unless otherwise agreed upon with guest: - Provided Linens include towels & wash cloths for the max guest count, bath mats for each bathroom, bed fitted sheets, top sheets, and pillow cases for each bed/sleeping arrangements. Kitchen rags also provided. - To ensure linen quality and cleanliness peace of mind, each bed linen is wrapped and waiting for guest check-in. Beds are not made ahead of time, and will be the responsibility of the guest. - Starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags are provided at check-in. It will be the responsibility of the guest to provide any additional items. No toiletries (shower soaps, shampoos, toothpaste, etc) are provided. Propane grill available on site. We are unable to verify the amount of propane in the tank at any given time. If propane tank is empty, guests may use the tank to swap out for a full tank. Guests must leave tank on site at checkout.
