Across street from Beach, Heated Pool, Hot Tub!

Wake up to the sound of crashing waves and beautiful ocean views! Take a dip in the pool after a summer day at the beach, or warm up in hot tub on a chilly night. This house has everything! If you have been looking for the perfect location, this is it. Directly across the street from the beach, still walkable to center street, but not so close as to be a nuisance. With a hot tub, pool, pool table, ping pong table, and again, ocean view from every bedroom, this has too many amenities to pass up! The space 1st floor - living room, kitchen, dining area (the dining table is also a pool table that seats 8-10), 1 bedroom with a queen bed (elevator stops in here), wet bar and full bath. Last but not least, a large glassed in patio with additional seating area and another dining table for 8. The patio leads out to the pool, another outdoor dining area, and pool! 2nd floor - Master bedroom with king bed and it’s own private bath and deck access overlooking the beach. There are also two additional bedrooms (both queen) which share a jack and Jill full bathroom. One of the queen bedrooms also has elevator access. 3rd floor - 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen, and the other is more of a kid’s room with a twin over full bunk bed. There is a shared full bathroom on that floor. To heat the pool is an additional $50 per night during the fall and winter months. Guest access While there are 2 parking spots in front of the house, the back of the house has a huge driveway with ample parking for another 4 cars.
