After a full day of rides and lines, you will appreciate coming home to a space built for real rest, not just a place to crash. Outdoor living Start your morning with coffee on the private patio, where California sunshine and fresh air make for an easy, unhurried breakfast. The space is furnished for casual outdoor dining, and when you are ready to cook, the BBQ grill is right there waiting. In the evenings, the shared pool and hot tub are a welcome way to unwind before planning tomorrow’s adventures. Kitchen and dining The kitchen is fully equipped for home-cooked meals, with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher alongside a coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Dishes, silverware, and wine glasses are provided, and the dining table seats the whole group comfortably, whether you are eating together or mapping out the next day’s plans. Sleeping arrangements Three bedrooms sleep up to 9 guests (6 adults maximum) across 5 beds. A pack ‘n play and high chair are on hand for the littlest travelers, and bed linens, extra pillows, and blankets are provided throughout so everyone has what they need for a good night’s sleep. Family-friendly comforts Traveling with kids is straightforward here. Along with the pack ‘n play and high chair, the condo offers hangers, an iron, and in-unit laundry (washer and dryer), so packing light for park days is no problem. Safety and essentials Exterior security cameras, a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher are in place for peace of mind. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival simple, and Wifi and central air conditioning and heating keep you comfortable and connected throughout your stay. Location With a private entrance and 2 free parking spaces on premises, this condo offers the independence of home with Disneyland’s gates just a short walk away - ideal for families who want convenience without giving up comfort. Maximum occupancy: 9 guests (including infants), 6 adults max. Minimum stay: 3 nights. Guest access We reserve the right to decline requests leaving 2-day gaps in our calendar. Check-ins and/or Check-outs occurring on a Major Holiday may incur an additional cleaning fee. Guest will need to fill out a rental agreement and will be sent a pre-arrival email with the address and a unique door code about two weeks before the stay. Other things to note You must be 25 years or older to book. City mandated "Quiet Time" from 10pm - 9am. Outdoor facilities (pool, patio, garage etc.) are off limits during this time. Security cameras may be present on the exterior of the property only to ensure compliance with city mandated rules. Cameras are not actively monitored and do not record sound. 2 vehicles MAX. 1 private single detached garage (will fit a minivan) and 1 assigned parking space ONLY. No outside parking available within the HOA. Passenger Vans, RVs and Trailers of any kind are strictly prohibited. Guests must agree to comply with city requirements or they will be subject to any and all fines, civil actions and/or criminal prosecutions related to violation. Please note, reservations over 10 nights may incur an additional mid-stay cleaning fee. Max occupancy is 9 guests total including infants (6 adults max). There is a 3-night minimum stay. We would like to inform you that all reservations are subject to an additional $500-$700 STR Rules Deposit HOLD. This deposit ensures that our house rules are followed and helps protect our property.
