That Blue Door - 3 bedroom Townhouse

Enjoy your stay at this welcoming 3 bedroom 1.5 bath townhome. We are centrally located between the swamp and the City of New Orleans. Saint Charles Parish is a great place to experience the best of both worlds….close to the city yet far enough to be able to see the sights of Cajun country. Our place is a 45 minute drive to New Orleans. The space You will enter through the back door directly into the dining room. Laundry on your left and just past that a fully equipped kitchen. The half bath is just before the cozy living room. The three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The spacious master has a queen bed, two door walk in closet, a separate sink/vanity in the room, with an attached bath (shared with the other 2 rooms). The second room is also a queen sized bed and the third is a bunk bed twin size over full size mattresses! Guest access You will need a car or Uber to take you where you need to go. There are only two uncovered parking spots available against the fence/gate marked with the address. No other parking is available. You will access the rental through the blue door with a code that will be given upon check-in. Other things to note This is a townhouse, there are residents that live on both sides of this home. Please be considerate. We provide the basic starter amenities, such as paper towels, toilet paper, laundry and dishwasher pods. Along with a few garbage bags and your basic cleaning supplies. If you need more, that is up to you. The home comes with parking for 2 vehicles only! No street parking or parking in yard.
