Take it easy at this unique space. Just a short five minute walk to the beach. 600 sq ft place, bottom level of our home. 1 bedroom, 1 bth, kitchenette with frig, micro & Keurig. Entry through bottom. 3 AC/dehumidifier’s units. We live on the Marsh and low tide happens twice a day. Couch could be used for one person or some small kiddos. Pop up single bed available. Beach chairs and towels. WiFi can be spotty. Provided but not guaranteed. “Island living”. The space The apartment is down stairs underneath the main house, separate from our living space. The bedroom has a king bed, night stands, and we offer a fold out single bed. One TV, kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, fridge, Keurig and coffee pods. Not a full kitchen. We live on the marsh during low tide which happens twice a day you may smell the marsh and the WiFi is spotty at times it is provided but not guaranteed. Manage your expectations. Sorry NO SMOKING or VAPING ON the property! Quiet hours are midnightish to 6am. We work from home and have friends and family that hang out. Travel nurses are welcome please ask for accommodations. Guest access Bottom studio Other things to note Our house is on the marsh, low tide happens twice a day. There can be an island marsh smell. WiFi is spotty especially during Hurricane season. WiFi is provided but not guaranteed. Closet has hanger to hang your clothes and we provided 2 luggage racks. There is no place to put your clothes in a dresser. Reminder this is not the entire home it’s an apartment suite under our house on the bottom floor. If you are looking for more of a house vibe and don’t plan to leave the property, stay in and watch TV the entire time, our place might not be for you. We do not provide access to paid subscriptions to things such as Netflix, Apple TV, prime etc. The TV is Samsung smart TV it does have live shows, movie channels.
