With Seattle and Bellevue to the west and Snoqualmie Pass to the east, you’re perfectly positioned for hiking, skiing, waterfalls and PNW adventures—then come home to your cozy Casita and unwind. The space The Snoqualmie Casita is part of The Oxbow Collective, a curated collection of distinctive stays inspired by extraordinary places and the beauty of slowing down. Just one block from historic downtown Snoqualmie, you can walk to restaurants, shops and the local brewery, explore Snoqualmie Falls just minutes away, or head into the mountains for hiking, skiing and endless PNW adventures. The Casita offers approximately 800 sq. ft. in the main home, plus a separate 200 sq. ft. detached bonus room just across the lawn - giving you extra space to spread out, relax or sleep. ★ LIVING + GATHERING: The bright, comfortable living room is designed for slowing down after a day of exploring. Settle into the sofa and lounge chairs, stream a movie on the 55” Roku Smart TV, or simply relax and plan tomorrow’s adventure. The open layout connects the living area with the kitchen, creating an easy space for everyone to spend time together. ★ KITCHEN + DINING: The full kitchen has everything you need for morning coffee, a quick breakfast before hitting the trails or dinner at home. You’ll find full-size appliances, cookware and the kitchen essentials needed during your stay. A large kitchen island with seating for five serves as the heart of the Casita—a great spot for meals, coffee, conversation or planning the day ahead. ★ SLEEPING — 2 BEDROOMS + DETACHED BONUS ROOM: Bedroom 1 - Queen Bed: A comfortable queen bedroom with blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep. Bedroom 2 - Queen Bed: A second inviting queen bedroom, also equipped with blackout curtains. Detached Bonus Room - Queen Sleeper Sofa: Just across the lawn from the main Casita is a separate approximately 200 sq. ft. bonus room. Use it as an additional living area or convert the queen sleeper sofa into an additional sleeping space. This room heat and AC. The detached room also features a 55” Roku Smart TV, making it a great spot for guests who want a little extra room to spread out. *Please note: The detached bonus room is completely separate from the main Casita and requires walking outside across the lawn to access it. The bathroom is in the main house. ★ BATHROOM: The bathroom features a walk-in shower with a built-in bench, vanity and additional storage. There is a storage area off the detached room that is locked off for our cleaning supplies. Other things to note PARKING Street parking is available around the Casita, although a spot directly in front of the home isn’t always available. There is also a small private driveway for vehicles that fit completely without blocking the sidewalk. THE SNOQUALMIE NOON SIREN Hear a siren at noon? Don’t be alarmed! Monday–Saturday at 12 PM, Snoqualmie’s historic siren sounds in tribute to the old Snoqualmie Falls Lumber Company mill whistle - a little piece of local history and small-town charm. SECURITY CAMERAS 2 Exterior security cameras monitor the front patio/sidewalk and driveway areas and record video and audio 24/7. There are no cameras inside the Casita or in private guest areas.
