The space The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner electric stovetop, full-size microwave, mini-fridge, and Keurig coffee maker with a complimentary starter supply of K-Cup pods. Traveling with your dog? This studio welcomes up to two dogs for an additional pet fee. As much as we love cats, we do not allow cats or other animals aside from dogs at our property. This cost-effective room has the potential for noise. We have 15 other units if there are any concerns. Your parking pass will be available in the lockbox along with your room key fob. Our Artist in Residency program welcomes new artists every three months, bringing fresh inspiration and an ever-changing collection of artwork to the property. ➤ GROUP STAYS & EXTENDED VISITS Planning a wedding, corporate gathering, or special celebration? Factory on Willow features a beautiful on-site event space, with the option to reserve multiple studios or all 16 accommodations for your group. In town for a work assignment, theater production, or an extended visit? We welcome longer stays and offer the convenience of furnished accommodations with access to on-site amenities. Contact us to learn more about group reservations, event space availability, and extended stays. ➤ HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT INFORMATION • Check-in: 4:00 PM • Check-out: 10:00 AM • Minimum booking age: 25 years • Smoking: Smoking is not permitted. • Pets: Up to two dogs are welcome in designated dog-friendly units for an additional non-refundable fee of $50 per stay. Cats and other pets are not permitted, except as required by applicable law. • Parties and gatherings: Parties, events, and large gatherings are not permitted within individual studios. • Early check-in and late check-out: Early check-in (up to two hours) and late check-out (up to two hours) may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability and the reservation schedule. Please message us at least one day in advance to confirm availability and receive a fee quote. Requests are not guaranteed until confirmed. • Security: For guest and property safety, security cameras are installed in designated common areas, including the building lobby, hallways, front and rear exterior areas, and parking lots. We look forward to welcoming you to Factory on Willow! Check-out is at 10 am. If you need to take your trash, the dumpster is located on the south side of the building, by the graffiti wall. You may leave the bed unmade and the key fob on the little hook by the door. Please remember to grab your phone charger and other personal belongings. Guest Access In addition to the in-unit amenities, you can make use of our smart fitness center smart laundry room, and a comic book store off the lobby. Starting in the summer of 2023, there will be a distillery and food truck in the North Parking lot. Additionally, we have a beautiful event space available for hosting sales kick-offs or weddings, and you can inquire about booking all 16 of our Airbnb units for larger events. If you're traveling with a pet, be sure to request one of our pet-friendly units on the first or second floor. In these units, you'll also have access to our fenced-in dog park. A maximum of two pets is allowed, dogs only. Interaction With Guest You don’t need to talk to a human if you don’t want to! However, as the property manager and community creator of the Factory, I’m almost always available onsite if you do. I’m here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible. I’m also happy to help make recommendations. Other Details to Note * This studio is located on the 1st floor and the windows face Willow St. There is a potential for street noise.
