The space Welcome to Sand Dollar! This comfortable first floor condo is the perfect vacation home for one or two couples or a small family. Recently remodeled, “Sand Dollar” sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids comfortably and features a new kitchen including a granite countertop and new microwave, beautiful new floors, sofa, a spacious hall closet, a brand new mattress and comforter and new towels. The dining table seats 4 comfortably and the 43” TV is mounted on the wall for easy viewing from all angles in the living room and kitchen. Guest access There is plenty of space to spread out your own belongings without beach knick-knacks getting in the way, including a huge closet in the hallway. The private bedroom fitted with a queen size bed and 40 inch television. Sand Dollar is just off the middle breezeway. A handicap ramp is located at the end of the hall - perfect for stroller or wheelchair access. The pool deck and dune walk are just down the hall from the condo. There is a flat walkway all the way out to the dune and the beach is just a few steps down. The balcony looks over the pool and the water beyond where large ships and fishing boats can be seen gliding by in the distance. The pool is a great size and includes a kiddie pool. After a dip in the pool, take a walk on the beach or challenge your mate in a game of tennis on one of the 3 tennis courts. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, microwave and refrigerator. The various kitchen appliances you would expect are there, plus some you won't expect. All your cookware, dinnerware and utensils are provided. All new bedding and bath linens are provided. Laundry facilities are located down the hall in case you need to wash your personal belongings - bring quarters! Safety is a priority in this gated community. Plenty of parking! We are sure you will enjoy your stay! Other things to note Laundry facilities are available at the club. The quoted price INCLUDES a the local and county Hotel tax that we are obligated to collect and pay by law. There is a bike rental shop close by which is a great option for going into town if you don't feel like driving. There is NO SMOKING in the condo, or on the deck! REGARDING SECURITY DEPOSIT (as per AirBnB) Any guest who confirms a reservation will be responsible for damages up to $300. No charges or authorizations will be made unless I make a claim within 48 hours after check out. - I haven't and I am sure I will never have to use this feature :-)
