A pink house on a cobbled Jalatlaco street, with a small courtyard, two bedrooms with their own bathrooms, a kitchen built for mole (a comal, a molcajete, a clay pot for beans) and a roof terrace with the dome of Santo Domingo and the mountains in view. The mezcal shelf has eight bottles and tasting notes. The neighbourhood's murals, coffee roasters and the Sunday street market are outside the door; the zócalo and the big markets are a ten-minute walk. Monte Albán is 20 minutes by taxi. Inside: 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 4 (bedroom 1: 1 queen bed; bedroom 2: 1 queen bed) and 2 bathrooms. There is a washing machine, a proper desk and ceiling fans, and fast wifi throughout. Check-in is from 3 pm with a keypad on the door; checkout is by 11 am. Parking is free at the house. No pets, please. Quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am, as the neighbours live here all year.
